Most of the people I photograph are not supermodels. Well, OK, none of them are.
I am assigned the problem CEO's for whom a photo shoot is another bother they can, and should, live without.
I can truly empathize- I am rarely on the "other side of the camera", so I shoot the assignments as if I were the subject- simple, courteous and as brief as possible.
I use slightly modified natural light wherever possible. The further away from a natural look, the closer we get towards a stressed environment. The chances of a good shoot are reduced significantly.
"
Dan Lunt (President of LOGIO) an easygoing guy, but the time required for a shoot is rarely in his agenda. Paul came to Utah for a two-day shoot that was both smooth and fun for all of us. And the images tell the story. I just stayed out of the way, and let the magic happen." - Michael Schouten, Marketing Director, LOGIO |
